Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened clippers or used scissors.

Return Process:
To start a return, email us at cliptrimsupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
